Search by Name: Input the first or last name of the person you want to search for in the search box below and hit the go button.

** Note ** - After the search results are displayed, click on the question mark next to the name to view the full contact information.

New User:

Instructions –

1) Input the Login and Password you originally set up and click on the ‘GO’ button. *

2) You will receive confirmation of a successful login. Click ‘MODIFY’ at the top of this

confirmation page.

3) On the next screen, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button in the middle of the page (no need

to enter any info).

4) You will now be presented with the info you originally input. Modify as necessary and click on the “MODIFY RECORD’ button.
